Hi guy's need some help has my seat Leon cupra 300 mk3 got a high pressure fuel pump cam Follower if so where can I buy one

Yes, it has a high pressure fuel pump driven of the cam which uses a follower.
The tappet 06L109311 (follower) is available separately.
Seat would sell you one, or just google the part number. Why do you want one?

Hi on my mk2 cupra they needed replacing every so many thousand miles so I assumed the mk3 was the same mate

How would an owner tell when to replace?

I wouldn't worry on the mk3 Cupra which uses EA888
According to a Piston heads thread:

EA888 has a roller follower on the high pressure fuel pump. EA113 uses a tappet.
Common EA113 issues include:
HPFP tappet wearing through if not serviced regularly, which can destroy the intake cam and the pump in severe cases.
