Lovely LCR mate. Good to see you going the right way with it from the way it's panning out.

What are your future plans for it?

Maz did a great job on the detail too. Hopefully see you around at some events in 2013.

Nasty one with the puncture, how did it happen? Wheel needs a refurb by the look of it too. Is it just the one wheel?

Thanks t0m!

For now i plan on going with handling, so next up is arbs and then probably polybush, then it will be onto engine styling / tuning so hoses, map etc. As mentioned i got the forge 008 and spacers coming, it was just rude not too with the discount from Awesome last night :p and a new dv has been on my list for a while.

He did didnt he, i will probably be returning to him in the future for another detail.

Its not a puncture but it does look that way, i was on my way to a garage to get my headlight beam checked as for the past few nights ive been noticing my van has a better spread of light from standard bulbs than my car does with its hids, sure enough they were adjust very low on the manual adjusters, any way i got cut up and hit the curb :( my rear drivers side has a 1cm curb mark on it from ages ago so will prob get both wheels and the spare done all in one go but will probably be next year now

Good plans mate :)

The chassis is so much better for all those mods and you can really have some fun on the right roads ;)

Awesome really were 'awesome' yesterday and I gave in and ordered a 008 too! Stage one or two map when the time comes?

Annoying about the damage but yeah I'd save the refurb for the warmer months now which gives you winter to do more mechanical upgrades :D

And on the shows, El is right, the convoy is the best part, we have had some fun on these, lol :)

Cheers!

Yea just having the coilovers and the strut brace the car feels so much tighter, gripier and eager to turn, also got to add to that list a rear strut brace too ;)

They were, I think I saved myself over £50 last night so I'm happy, probably going to go stage 2 as I will also be going for a front mount.

It is really annoying, think I only got them done about 6 months ago :( Like I say need to find some longer locking wheel nuts, then get the 008 on and then sort out my front leaky door seals, oh and pay of this credit card bill that's getting higher and higher, good job its 0% for 16 months ;)

When is the first show of 2013?

Yeah it will do for sure mate, good stuff. I noticed it more and more with each handling mod. Diff is next...

Stage 2 is definitely the way to go if you're fitting a front mount. Whatever you do, buy a good kit. I've been there and done it with the buy cheap buy twice route.

No matter on the wheels you'll get it sorted in no time I'm sure. Wonder who will get and fit their 008 first.. Mine's due for delivery on Tuesday, with a clutch kit, lol.

Glad the credit card is 0% lol! First show is usually an AmD rr day around FEB but DK will arrange it and post up on here when confirmed. It's more a get together than a show but there are regular shows like Bromley Pageant and Players which I'm sure we will do :D Get involved.

Looking forward to your update with your diff.

Yea I was looking at getting the Airtec one too, I see your quite impressed with yours.

I was more annoyed at the time but now I'm not as bothered, I'm not sure if I will just get that one done in the same colour and spare done at same time, the rear one I caught isn't that noticeable or if I'm going to get all 5 done in a darker colour, as I've just washed the car and think I preferred them dirty, maybe go gloss black.

Haha, not sure when mines due as a few bits I ordered are on back order so assume they will all come out to me at the same time, also Awesome said as its my first order they have to be sent to registered card address so no doubt when they do turn up no one will be home :(

I'm up for AMD RR day as I missed out on this years, gutted I ended up missing it, I'll look into Bromley Pageant and I'm up for Players again, hopefully this time I will stay there longer too

Got the 008 recirc valve fitted earlier today on the green spring i believe and ive got no issues, i dont really notice much of a difference, think its responding quicker but only been on a short drive, just waiting on some locking wheel nut bolts now so i can get my spacers on :D

Not much mate only a small drive earlier, it does seem more responsive and louder than the 007p though :D I will give it a full test once all the clutch and diff work is done.

Good choice mate, the 11 & 16mm combo works well. I did see them doing those deals everyday but I must resist!!! You got your eye on another buy? ;)
