cam belt change is 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever is the sooner iirc...
My cambelt, tensioner and waterpump were changed at 45k when it failed without warning. Pump & labour were free (warranty), just had to pay about £100 for the belt and tensioner.

just to add to it all. Ive had two Leons, a Cupra 52 plate and a LCR 52 plate. Both needed water pumps, the cupra at 8k, and the LCR at 41k.
Both times under warranty.
