How can i replace the antifreeze?

Hi, how can i replace the antifreeze in a leon mk3 ?

Jack the car up level remove the rear undertray undo the hose clip holding the coolant pipe onto the bottom of the rad and remove the pipe with a drip tray underneath Make sure to remove the coolant reservoir cap for a faster drain.

Thanks ! and what's the next step after draining? should i fill it with distilled water to clean it ?
