how do i get the rad out

ive done a search and cant find the info im after. so how do i go about it. is it a slam panel and bumper off job. or could i get away with just the slam panel coming off. any info would be great

If Aircon rad is still there... remove bumper, grill and unscrew the aircon rad from the front of the car - leave it dangling

just unclip the hoses from the rad, top & bottom & remove it from the engine side

if you don't have the air con rad any more, or the aircon is buggered - just cut the pipes & you don't need to remove the bumper

mOrk you made it sound so easy. what a pain in the arse it is. as one of the a/c pipes runs over the top of the rad. couldnt get the old one out. got there in the end. and i now see why you said in an old post about making brackets to stop the rad poping out. there isnt much holding it in. any way thats another job done
