How do the door rubbing strips come off?

any body know how the rubbing strips come of the LCR doors (rear passenger side) and where i can get them from?

Yeah, there double side taped on.

I bought some last month...the prices are

Fronts £39.83 each + VAT

Rears £28.41 each + VAT

They come in primer so need painting.

I read somewhere that heating them up a touch with a hair dryer, don't get too close though, loosens the glue and they come off a bit easier. Never tried it myself though.......

Filler spreader and gentle pressure and they come off easy.......don't rip them off you'll destroy them and damage the door.

They have pins to align them so be carefull with the spreader.

Not sure what side is left or right but dealer will know.
