How do you change from degrees F to degrees C?

Hi guys i'm new to the site and have recently bought a 2nd hand Altea 1.9 Tdi on a 54 plate and was wandering how i change the temp settings? i cant seem to find out how in the manual.

Think its in the multi function display menu (MFD) - press and hold the wee buttons on the side of the wiper stalk and it opens a settings menu

Might depend on model and size of MFD though

If it on the air con unit press and hold the autoand econ together which should change the screen on the air con between degrees F to degrees C
