How do you delete uploaded files?

How do you delete any previously uploaded files, so I can upload something else?

I've tried the "manage attachment" link but it just tells me I've uploaded my limit of 5 files, with no option to edit or remove anything already there.

I can't see you have any uploaded files in albums.

Exactly -- that's why I'm stumped!

I've tried to upload another attachment, but the message board just tells me that I've used up my 5 out of 5 allowed attachments, and won't let me upload anything else.

I've not loaded anything at all into any albums etc
