How low can you go?!

Was wondering if anyone could tell me how low you can go before you have to change the front antiroll bar?!? If you do atall?!!?

unless u live in amsterdam where they have no hills
you'll be scraping long speed bumps/raised roads long before u need to swap the arb to go lower

anything over 70/80mm just seems idiotic though
