now on 284k on cupra tdi. just passed another mot with only a tyre needed. 5 cambelt changes. new cam over the 6 year ownership 10/12k oil changes. still going strong

Update: Now done 181k 53 plate leon 1.9tdi. Mosty moterway mileage

cam belt changed twice, alternator pulley replaced, discs and pads replaced front and rear, temp sensor replaced twice, CAT and Downpipe replaced, Nearside inner cv joint and outer cv boot replaced, Replaced N/S/F Wheel bearing, suspension arm bushes nearside and offside replaced and 3 off glow plugs replaced

Those are the 'major' things I have done. Otherwise still a nice clean drive!

I sold it after 7 years ownership at 174,000 , but recently discovered its current mileage.

Also own a 2007 MK2 Leon FR, which is still going strong from new at 218,000 mls. Great workhorse!!

Paid £400 great British pounds when she was on 96,000 about 11 months ago.
