had my 09' dp170 FR a few weeks now and iv managed 530 mile on a tank, i averaged 40.1 mpg @ 90mph for best part of an our and a half, if i drop down to 80mph the mpg will go upto 45mpg and iv also seen 51.2mpg at approx 55mph in steady traffic

Think my record is still 620 miles, last tank was 601 miles.

i can get 30mpg if i drive like a granny and then i get about 300 miles to a tank (£72 with v-power) but if i drive enthusiastically i get 20-22mpg and get about 250 miles but the cars is 385bhp so cannot complaine

I'm generally seeing just over 300 miles to a full tank (sainsbury's SUL!)

Have tickled the MPG figure upto 35 before but it takes A LOT o doing and a lot of restraint on my brain to right foot connection too Lol!!

Just got this car 11 plate 2.0 tdi CR170....just been and brimmed the tank and the on board comp says 458 miles....will keep posted how it goes. As far as i am aware my car is totally standard (apart from some 18" seat alloys already fitted...i thought it should have 17")

Im getting around 550-565 to a tank (53 litre fill)

Had the car a couple of weeks now and just got 303 miles to a tank of super unleaded that cost 69 quid with a mixture of driving and a commute to the station everyday. I'm well happy my old E46 use to get 300 to a tank of normal unleaded that use to cost about 80 quid.

Does anyone else find abit of a discrepancy between what the cars computer says and what you actually achieve?

Swear mine over-estimates the mpg.
