Sorry for the stupid question :(

My wife noticed today that while I was reversing there was only one reverse light showing on the LH rear of our brand new 5dr FR. So our old MK2 had only one reverse light but this was obvious from the cluster that it was intended. The MK3 has a clear lens on both sides. Can anyone tell me if this is right or have I found the first reason for a trip back to the dealer?

Oh and while we were out the rear number plate fell off somewhere. At least the first 600 miles were trouble free!

Only one reversing light. Pretty sure the fog light is at the other position.

Great thanks very much for the answers.

So while asking stupid questions about lights can anyone explain what the "motorway light" is and why do my LED headlights move up then down when the car starts up?

Motorway light - the headlight light aim is raised slightly at 65mph+ to give greater range.

Lights moving is the auto levelling calibrating when you first start the car
