How much is k04 turbo worth

Just as the tittle says how much roughly would the original k04-064 Borg Warner turbo from my 2007 cupra be worth on eBay or so once it has been looked over to make sure everything’s ok on it, car was on 100k Miles when it was removed ,

Not sure how the mileage affects the price. If you look at aks, they offer £500 off for handing in a k04. £700 off for using it for the upgrade.

I’ve had a quick look on eBay and there’s 1 for sale for 350£ but you to give them your old one back and all of them work on an exchange basis and still ranging from 500-670£, I still don’t have an idea of what to put my old one up for , maybe £400/£500?

I'd be surprised if there was that much demand for a worn out turbo to be honest.

Going rate for most any stock turbo is 200 or less, unless it's something special?

I have no idea rek, I’m Getting it sent away to a turbo specialist tomorrow to give it a once over and replace any parts what need replaced , surely there would be some demand for people with k03 turbos, Borg Warner k04s aren’t cheap, and I doubt anyone would want to buy the 400£ knock offs on eBay .. do you think it would still be £200 if I get it properly looked at?

I wouldn't bother sending it off for a rebuild, flog it as is.

I would say £150-£200 seems about right for a turbo with 100k miles on it, no history of a rebuild and the buyer not knowing how that turbo has been cared for over those 100k miles.
