Hi all I'm thinking of selling my K1 and was wondering what would be a good target price..
It's in really good condition both inside and out, no mods except a DV and gloss black wheels, and its white in colour. Mileage wise it's on 98k but all belt etc have been changed and has a full service history.

Cheers on advance folks........oh and all the K1 bashers jog on
, heard it all before lol.

I have yeah but there's none with the same kinda mileage as mine. So I'm a little stumped as to what to price it at.

7k-8k??? Bit of a shock that, I'd want more like £8500 at the very least yeah the mileage is getting on a bit but its been serviced twice a year from new, and like I said its in really good condition inside and out. There's no way I'd let it go for 7k not when I've just seen a K1 with 85000 miles that had sold for £9500. So they still must sell with miles on them.
Cheers for your comments tho fellas.

Did it actually sell for £9500 or were they asking £9500?

There's one here from a dealer with 59k for £9900. You can easily knock £1000-1500 off for a private sale. And it'd still have 30k less mileage than yours. Yours is very close to a 100,000 miles, which will put people off straight away. I think £8000 would be the most you'll get (on a good day). At the end of the day you can ask what you want for it though.

Mines not a k1 but only had 23k and was perfect. Sorry dude but I can't see many people willing to stump up 8.5k for a 100k miler unfortunately

Well having having it up for sale for 2 days I've had a couple of people interested. And as of today I've accepted an offer of £8300. Happy with that to be fair. Just got to go sort my new car out now when the money has gone into my bank account. Happy days.

Cant believe ive sold it wirh in 2 days! The guy that's having it loves it, and as he's a mechanic he wasn't that bothered about the mileage after all. He was more impressed at how good a condition it's in. Since I've sold I've had a load of interest in it. Pity I've not got another one knocking about. Lol

Good price and speedy sale, congrats. 98k isn't mega miles but the 100k marker will always put people off unfortunately.

Just needs the right person to see the ad on the right day and you get what your after, if you'd put the ad up in a weeks time that guy might have already bought one and you might not have shifted yours in a month, just the luck of the draw but it's always best to go over and gauge interest.

Congrats on the sale bud
