How to change Air & Pollen filters?

Can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions on how to replace the air filter and the combination / pollen filter? My car is on a lease and it's just had a 38k second service - neither have been replaced so I thought i'd do it!

Perhaps they didn't change them becuse they didn't need changing ...

According to my interpretation of the book they were due - I will double check, but in any case nigh on 40k on both the filters is quite a long time.

Finally replaced the air filter - absolutely filthy! Will attempt the pollen filter at some point before too long.

Put a newspaper underneath before you start. Saves a lot of vacuuming.
