Model Year 21/22 How to enable TSR via OBD eleven?

Hi All,

I have a Cupra Formentor 1.4 e-Hybrid(year 2022) and would like to have the traffic sign recognition(TSR) enabled so that I can view it on the digital dashboard(For ex, the allowed speed limit).
I can confirm that my car has a multi function camera at the top of the windshield. In the Infotainment system, I do not have the option of enabling it.
Can someone suggest if it can be done via OBD Eleven? Kindly suggest the steps if possible.

How do you mean? Is it a code that I need to put in manually? I'm trying to get it done in The Netherlands.
