Model Year 24/25 How to program battery charging

On the new Cupra Formentor 2025 PHEV, in the charging section, I can't find the "Recharge" option as indicated in the manual.
I would like to start charging during off-peak hours (10:30 PM) like on my old Formentor.
The seller can't find a way to do this.
