How to remove plastic panel between bonnet and windscreen?

Hi,
My new carbon film has come and I want to carbon wrap the plastic panel which has the washer jets in between the bonnet and windscreen.
Decided this would be easier off the car, does anyone know how this panel comes off?

Remove the bonnet felt. The bonnet strip is secured by torque screws accross the back and 'V' shaped clips along the front. The clips just need to be compressed to release them. The end two can be awkward as they're behind the bonnet hinge. The washer jets unclip from their mounts on the bonnet strip, no need to dismantle them.
