How to set the time

Hi, does anyone know how to set the time on the Seat Altea XL? I have an 08 model. I feel this should be really simple but when I go onto the screen and select setup - system, there's no time option, despite there being a date option? I've checked all the settings but can't find it! Thanks.

My old Altea you twisted the trip button from left to right. One advanced the hours other way the minutes... from memory that is.
