How to tell how many miles u have left?

I was searching the forums but with no luck! Overlooked a topic on here about the mk3 ibiza and how it can tell you how many miles u have left/ mpg? I didnt know it could do that i alwys kept a count of miles in my head sad ! i know! but was da only real way for me to tell! Does anybody know how to get the display of these to things! and what you have to do to display them! i have a 01 cupra not sure if that helps ! Cheers

on the right stalk for the wipers theres a button on the front you can slide left and right - shows what mpg/temp/how many miles left on the head unit display

you got a cupra yeah? you should do its on the window wiper stalk itself on the front of it goes left and right! if you dont and you have a cupra it may be becos the previous owner may have replaced the stalk for ov reason might have broken or somthing! and that stalk may be from a non cupra model :S

If your driving a 1.4 or 1.4s we dont have it

i think only cupras have em! im not sure as you cantell i didnt know until this morning! just gota ask aroun i think!

just look at your fuel gauge, when its getting low, fill up thinks thats the best way to tell on a 1.4

Reset your trip when you fill up. Thats as accurate (probably more so) than the miles left read-out.

They not very accurate anyway.. so many different things effect it. Said i had 10 miles left when started it up in cold.. then 5min later i had 70miles left lol. Just go by your fuel gauge, cant say i let mine go down to below 1/4 much anyway.
