How to tell if car has been remapped

well as title says, is there anyway to tell with vag-com or anything else, apart from the obvious - stick it on a rolling road

Log intake pressure in vag-com, and do a full throttle run in 3rd or 4th gear from say, 2500rpm upwards.

well , it does smoke when u nail it, so i guess will wack vag-com and it see what it says, whats standard boot pressure anyone know?

PD 130 ive read its around 19psi, and where do i go in vag com to log it
