Hi everyone. Long time Seat driver, recently traded in my 2012 MK2 Leon FR+ and bought a 2016 Cupra 290 3 door manual with just above 17k miles and loving every minute of driving this car.

Was actually in search of a 5 door MK3 Cupra but for the miles and price the one I got was a steal! Even came with maxton design diffuser, side skirts, spoiler and front splitter which was a nice bonus.

Anyway just saying hello.

Looks nice. Body kit works well with the black mirrors and red paint. ?? Swapping to black Cupra lettering on the back would match the black and red theme too.

Looks like you may have a dodgy boot handle. Mine used to do that. Wouldn’t spring back as it should. Replaced it and now it’s back to normal again ??

Cheers pal. Going to black out the cupra letters this weekend hopefully and the seat logos. Yeah the boot handle went on my previous fr and thought the same when I saw the dealer pics but surprisingly hasn't happened again.

After that maybe a back box delete, undecided on that though.

Lovely motor, I get mine on Monday its also a PFL, going from an FL lol, older car but more smiles per gallon I guess!
