I emailed a guy on ebay called Auto Haus designs and asked him to make them for me and he knocked them up in a matter of days. I just told him the colour and the font. He has the design saved so i am sure he will send them out. They cost me £9 for 5.......dont no if its expensive or not but i wasnt really bothered...the font is Berlin somthing...Just look on WORD

now i have something hanging down under my car, its plastic and is fixed on one side but is now loose at the other ??? its right under the front skirt ?? what is it ?

Right OK, that dnt sound to bad, wasnt sure if it was my bottom skirt as the front is very loooooow.

will get that sorted tomorrow then ! - there is always something isnt there !!!!

as for my 'plastic hanging down' problem....Just popped into Midland VW and they have sorted it out.....FREE....diamonds !!!

right, got a before and after here of my new grill.

Took me a while to get the old one off but used the mk2 grill removal guide. cant remember who posted it but it was very helpfull and i used a lighter to melt the plastic off the old one. Only down side was the screws i had didnt have a big enough head so its not sitting as nice as i want but its ok.

The old grill is wrapped up after being given a good clean. Ill keep it just in case I fancy a change or I decide I dont like it. Which may happen in a few days. Why you ask dude ?


Oh, ordered the stamped German plates today to, am hoping they will be here in time for the derby meet on wednesday.

wasafter a spare grll but there only £9 from dealers i believe..samco induction hose? where from? i tried starting a group buy earlier this year but couldnt get enough names, so i bought the full set

Yeah, thats it. The one off Ebay. Got it for £21. Dont know if its good or bad but thought what the hell as not ready to buy a full kit yet.

also sold my downhill bike on ebay today for £500 so that free's up a bit of cash for the car.

dont want to do to much to soon and get carried away. Worried about over modding. I am happy with the look at the moment. Just want to make sure its running as nice as it can and i am getting the most out the engine.

did look at that hose and just for a second had the thought of rigging up some sort of samco/filter/SPT to my 8V .. but it was , as i say just for a second

I didnt expect to win it to be honest, just dropped £25 on it and left it.

Will get in and see, The brace is red so it shouldnt look out of place.
