yeah read da rules understand now. but i got more than ten posts but which count as non-general?

Unrelated post won't count to your post count anyway. There is a delay of around 24 hours before the server updates, from the point you reach 10 posts or more. So if you reached 10 posts today, roughly by the same time tomorrow you will be able to use the PM system.
