i cant quote a message when i reply

no idea seems to work perfectly well.

maybe im doing somthing wrong. Im guessing you click the quote message in reply button at the bottom?

Yup, then it should bring up the reply to thread box, the quoted message will already be in this box, and you can type your message above or below it.

right thats the problem, i cant click on that. its greyed out and when i click nothing happens.

Are you clicking the 'quote' button immediately below the post which you want to quote, not checking 'quote message in reply' in the quick reply section?
