Hi Guys,

looking for some advice, been getting an arror message "Oil sensor faulty visit workshop". Plugged in to see if any codes would come up but nothing on the scanner. Swapped out the oil level sensor and still have the same issue. Also taken the car to a mechanic and he couldn't find any stored error codes but the light is still coming of with an error message. Does anyone know what this could be or had the problem themselves? Is it more likely a harness issue.

my car is a 2019 plate Seat Ibiza FR sport 1.0ltr 115hp

A strange situation if you are getting the car reporting a problem, but your scan tool and a garage's scan tool could not find any relevant stored fault codes.

Are either of you using scan tools that are fully compliant with VW Group cars?
