An update on original post, car body control module reprogrammed 3 times in 6 weeks by dealer from advice of Seat tech and the factory.
Same issues still exist, clearly a defective car from the factory but Seat have no idea of how to fix. The last factory advice was to leave the battery unplugged for an hour...and hope the magic fairies fix it.
