Ibiza 6J 3-5 door boot

Hi all, my 6J has a couple dents and a missing badge on the boot. I also wanted to add the TDI lip spoiler. I'm hoping I can solve both of these by buying a replacement boot but my question is, is there a difference between the boot on a 3 and 5 door?

They’re different and have different part numbers.

5 door; 6J4 827 024 and 6J4 827 024 A
3 door; 6J3 827 024 and 6J3 827 024 A

You can also see the differences in these pictures; cut-outs into the tailgate panel for the rear lights are a different shape, area between bottom of rear screen and top of rear lights is different, different shape rear window, more pronounced horizontal crease in the tailgate panel below the hatch handle on the five door model (there may be other differences too).
