Ibiza 6l 08 Interior Seat upgrade

1. Hi Folks
   
   I am looking for some guidance on upgrading my Fr interior to a cupra spec. I have spotted both a Ibiza 2006 Cupra full interior ( front and back seats including panels and a 2005 Leon cupra interior front seats only. Would these fit or would modifications be required ?
