Hi new to this site, after driving my cupra for few minutes it decides it doesn't want to be in gear no more but it still revs up with supercharger kicking it as that only kicks whilst it's in gear but the car doesn't go anywhere and on the dash where it tells you what gear you're in for example D1 or N or R that disappears too .
Took it to a VAG specialist and they said it's iether the mechatronic unit (£1581) or the gear box(£4000) but I don't think it's neither.
Can someone please help I'm really panicking .
