Any idea how i can get this here in South Africa?

I'm guessing he means the LCR front splitter

Guessing he means the LCR splitter that everyone seems to attach to there ibizas.

LCR splitter (part number =1ML805903) £20 aprox normally slightly less.

Can get these from the dealers.. will require cutting/bending/removing bits as it fits a leons front bumper and not the ibiza.
