Offside Front Driveshaft touching sump

hey guys,
Having huge issues with trying to diagnose what’s causing this. Checked engine mounts which all seem ok, checked the pendulum/dog bone mount which is also good, checked for play and any obvious damage to the driveshaft itself, and I can’t seem to think what may be causing this issue. By the looks of it, the driveshaft seems to be in the complete wrong place, however unsure of what’s it’s supposed to look like normally due to Google being useless for this. On the photo attached it’s showing the inner CV joint on the Offside Front and the backend corner of the sump closest to the gearbox. Please can someone advise?
many thanks everyone!
