Ibiza FR and suspension

Does the ibiza fr have a different (stiffer) suspension compared to other versions? If so, which parts are exactly different?

Both the Ibiza FR and FR Sport model have stiffer springs in the suspension and possibly (though I'm not sure about this one) a slightly lower ride (10mm?) ride height, due to the springs.
