Hi there,

Excuse my ignorance what is the difference between using the Bluetooth and full link phone options for pairing my IPhone.

And can I connect with both methods at the same time?

With bluetooth you only get bluetooth speed, full link uses wifi, better sound quality and you can use andoid auto or apple carplay.

I mean for example I can’t use Bluetooth connection on the same phone as a ‘back up’ at same time as using Full Link?

You kinda use both, you will connect at first with bluetooth and then it will start the wifi connection and connect to full link.
Ah got you. The standard Bluetooth and full link screens are separate though? Choosing the Bluetooth option rather than the full link will offer a simpler phone only option?

Yes, simple bluetooth lets you use calling. Just like you would connect your phone to a headset. Full link gives you more features.

One question guys strongly related to this one. Noticed that once on "full link" the dashboard media display won't pick what's actually playing (youtube for example) will continue to display what was last played on bluetooth (media instead of youtube). Why is that?
