I dunno if you bought yours direct from forge or not. But I did... and the spring is in the box rolling about. Not the valve. I guess I put it in the valve.

Oh as far as I know the spring should be in it i think otherwise I would imagine it would be in the instructions

ah I have spoken to forge. The kit come's with two springs.

One is in the valve already and set up for normal 1.2 TSI boost levels.

and the other spare one is for re-mapped cars with higher boost.

The spring is slightly more stiff. now I understand it a little more I'm confident I can do it in 20 minutes! haha
