ibiza front wing bolt or welded

wonder if any 1 can shine sum light on this for me, my ibiza in getting fixed as we speak but theirs a big dent on my front right wing as was wondering if any 1 could check or know if its bolted on or is it welded?

sorry if this had been asked but i tried a search n all i could find was wing mirrors etc.

Bolt on, very simple to change.
