It looks OK but I don't think it's better than the factory spoiler (which is a lot cheaper too). I'd be wanting something that looked a lot more distinctive if I was spending lots of cash on a plastic rear wing...

The SST spoiler painted black satin, or in carbon fiber look would be my weapon of choice fitted on a Speed Blue Ibiza... ;)

thats the best looking spoiler I have seen for the Ibiza. Was it fitted with brackets? Did you have to drill the existing lip?

Good luck getting someone to completely wrap an OEM spoiler in carbon film mate! Too many curves and the cut out in the middle make it almost impossible to fully wrap. It's easy enough on flat panels and bumpers where you only see one face of it. There would be nowhere to fold the film round it without making a complete pigs ear of it.

Take it to a bodyshop, give them the colour code (it's in the spare wheel well if I remember correctly) and get them to use a colour chip sheet to determine exactly what shade the paint is (some manufacturers such as VAG may sell the same colours for ibiza's, golfs, polo's etc but vary the shading slightly). This way they can mix the paint up to be the correct shade. That's what I did with my spoiler the second time round and you can't tell the difference to the rest of the car ;)

I've seen it done on American chopper before. Its awesome lol. They float it on a chemical then spray it with another that makes it from the sheet into like.a gel or something then they just dip it. Would be cool if it could be done here in UK lol
