Ibiza Reference rear doors speakers retrofitting

Hello guys, I recently purchased a new Ibiza Reference which in my home country Egypt is sold with only two front doors speakers & two twitters. Has anybody figured how to retrofit two speakers in the rear doors? Which size are the speakers ? How to remove the rear doors panels trims ? and at last will I find the wiring & plugs to attach the speakers only, or some work might be needed ?

it's not so hard. it's should be the same speakers that you have it front doors

check this video. you need connect 4 new wires for multimedia cuadlock. and after that you need do coding via OBD11 or VCDS to enabled two rear channels
