Ibiza Toca Navigon / Garmin Sat Nav nightmare

My Ibiza Toca is just over a year old and using the Navigon / Garmin Sat Nav that comes with the car has been complete fine until recently

For some reason im now having problems with the sound when listening to music from the SD card inside it, or when using bluetooth to make a call or even using the Sat Nav... the sound is terrible

- constant crackling when using bluetooth for a phone call or listening to music
- no bass and week sound when listening to music
- Sound on Sat Nav is really weak

i contacted garmin and after a bit of back n forward with them, they advised me to send it back to them and they'd replace it... which i dont know if they have or not as i still have the same issue with the one ive received today from garmin

im at my wits end with this... any recommendations or known issue that you could let me know about??

This happened to me at first.
It was a bad connection on the back of the cradle. Just popped it in correctly and it solved my problem.
