Picked this up a couple of weeks ago:

I chucked a Revo stage 1 file on the car the day after I picked it up. Soooo much better now so thanks Revo. Few days after that it had a service with Millers comp oil and I fitted a BDM intake kit with ceramic pipework that we are now offering. Also ran a 100mm cold air feed from next to the fox up to the filter.

Got a few bits on order. Blueflame decat turbo back, APR HPFP, THS intercooler and FR3 mounts, TT wishbones that will be fitted with a WALK kit and superpro bushes. The chrome grill is being painted body colour along with a Skoda Sport spoiler. The interior is going to stay as it is as I really like it. Wheels, brakes and suspension will be changed when funds allow, then a K04 turbo after that.

Looks a nice example Alex, will keep my eye on this thread as you will no doubt start modifying it even more:) BDM filter set up looks nice also!

I have just sold one of these a few weeks back and what a fantastic car it was, even standard 200bhp i was very impressed with the power and its delivery! and another vote for the interior, they look amazing!

Revo is great as always :) Roll on stage 2+ then stage 3 eventually. New plugs fitted at lunch today. I dont know how the 60K plug change interval works! Grille surround removed for painting along with the new side strips and spoiler. Hopefully be painted for the weekend and im giving it a full detail with the rotary. TT wishbones have also turned up and THS cooler and mounts should be here for the weekend too. ;)

Had a small package delivered this morning:

Big thanks to Ollie at THS for sorting these out for me. These are the new FR3 mounts for the Golf MK5 platform cars so will also fit Leon's, Octavia's, Altea's etc.

Hmmm, i think that intercooler is far too small lol

Nice array of parts building up mate, looking forward to seeing the fitted pics ;)

Intercooler fitting friday night. Nice and easy to do on the the octavias. Cooler fitted spot on as always. Just a small cut of the front pannel to allow some extra roomage and it was in.

Sorry for the poo poo phone pics. Left the slr at home :(

I do have a couple of vids of the Ibiza, but they would prob end me up in trouble.

Saturday morning I fitted the new wishbones with Superpro and Whiteline bushes. Needed the TT ball joints and locking plates too which made the whole job bloody expensive, but well worth doing. Went over to my old place of work to do the alignment as they let me do aligments still! :) Note on the last pic the extra camber adjustment the TT arms and ball joints allow. Now running 1.5 degs at the front.

Saturday afternoon was detailing time. I didnt finish until 9pm, but it was well worth it. I had the help of my mate Luke at LC Auto Clean. He used a Megs G220 DA polisher on the roof, tailgate and bumpers and I used a Chicago Pheumatic CP8210 rotary with 3M products. There was a nice scratch line all down one side that I got out and all swirls are gone too.
