ICE Upgrade

hi all,
Looking at upgrading my ice thinking of uprated door speakers, stereo and sub just wondering what people have done to there leons, is it easy to replace the door speakers and what sort of sub they have i was thinking of getting a sub which looked pretty factory standard in the boot, feel free to post pics of your ice,

my system

H/U - Alpine: iDA-X305

Front comps - JL Audio: TR650-CSi

Rear (powered by HU) - Vibe: BLACKAIR 6

Sub - Alpine: SWR-1222D

Amp (powers sub and front comps) - Vibe: Slick A4 Amplifier

Headunit - Becker GrandPrix

Front Comps - 6.5" DLS R6A, amp = Genesis Profile P4 bridged

(soon to be) Subs - 2 x Elemental designs e3.6 6" , amp = Genesis Profile P1 Sub (running 2 ohm)

You will need to drill out the factory speakers and make some baffles to mount the new ones and get an autoleads fascia adapter for the head unit. The rest is up to you.
For the sub you can get a stealthboxz that seems to fit quite nicely.
