I'm falling in love with my car again

Did a self-service yesterday, changed the oil, oilfilter, air filter & sparkplugs (which really needed doing)

My god, what a difference its made, the car now drives like a dream. It feels like i've gained 10% hp, i know mines only a 1.2 but its made a big difference. I'm starting to like my car even moreso than i did before, infact i've decided i'm going to wait a year or 2 before i upgrade to a fr/cupra.

I did test drive after changing each component and the oil seems to have made the biggest difference. I'm using lucas 5w-30 semi-sythentic, the car seems to love it

Before I serviced mine last it stalled very easily, after run like a dream.

heh funnily enough i've noticed that too, well everybody else thats drove it recently anyway. i think i was just used to it

funny how it goes lol..for some weird reason over the past few weeks mine seems to pull like a train.just got faster .even the wife noticed lol...made me start to have more intrest in it hehe...could be thats it 's hit 30k and engine as losend up dunno but am not complaining!!!,,feels good

where as mine is all show and no go !! but still love her lol perhaps a dedicated service will spruce her back up
