In March I started a new job that came with a car allowance, free insurance and a petrol card. As a car nut this is great so I bought my lovely platinum LCR and have been loving it ever since. Driving a car like this every day is so enjoyable when you don't have to worry about fuel!
However, I've just heard a strong rumour that management are changing the rules and our cars will have to be less than 6 years old and emit less than 200 g/km CO2. My LCR complies with neither and apparently we will get 12 months to comply. I'm pretty upset but I want to limit the damage and avoid taking a step back in performance if I can. The only car I can think of at a reasonable price is a mk2 cupra but I'd appreciate some other suggestions if anyone has any
