A little video of my new setup for gauges. I've had these bloody gauges lying around for too long, so a day was spent today (well, 4 hours or so) installing them and getting them working. Oil & coolant needed draining to get the sender taps in, and the whole thing took a while to get absolutely right (wiring was a bit of fun) - It looks a little messy, but so glad I can now monitor EGTs, oil temps & water temps, along with boost which has now moved out the smashed vent to the pod. :)

Enjoy. Some action of it in use, but my mate struggled to hold the camera steady under my usual driving.

I've had the boostgauge for a while now. It's a racetech 2.5 bar one from Allards, and I had it mounted before in the now vacant vent assembly. I got it from Allards the first time I got my first hybrid turbo, and I know demon tweeks do racetech gauges as well. The gauge is OK to fit. You need a place to tap the boost system somewhere. My EGR replacing pipe (Allards) came with a nipple to tap from. Then it's just a matter of sorting an earth and a switched live for the backlighting.

The EGT gauge came from the states (shipped as a $20 bbq thermometer lol) and the oil/water temp one came from SPA, in the uk.

Found a pic off my webspace. Wasn't teh best looking but it worked fine. :)
