Inserting weblinks

When I try to add a link using the insert link icon I get the following when I click both preview and post.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4194304 bytes) in /var/www/web1/web/forums/includes/functions_search.php on line 196

The link Im trying to post up is for an ebay listing. Also does the same in pm.
