I haven't decided yet whether to drive with or without the cover. With the cover, it only takes cold air from two intakes, not from one like the original. Without the cover, there is more of the original turbine breathing, an interesting squeal with overflows, sometimes quite hysterical. But it will take air not only from the front, but also hot air from the engine. I'm not sure I like the sound. The engine has definitely become cooler by a few degrees. The car has become even more responsive to the gas pedal. The installers said that this adds 18-20hp. They have a setup for measurements, but I will do this later, in the plans for an intercooler and something else, we'll see...
