Im not sure if its similar to the Arosa but,if it is its along the following lines.
There are 4 screws in the dashboard surround that holds the cluster in. The cover slides out and then there should be a further 4 screws. The cluster then comes out and there is a blue connector at the back that when unclipped will remove the cluster.
I just about managed to do it on the Arosa without removing the steering wheel but, it was quite fiddly and very frustrating.
