Im not sure if its similar to the Arosa but,if it is its along the following lines.

There are 4 screws in the dashboard surround that holds the cluster in. The cover slides out and then there should be a further 4 screws. The cluster then comes out and there is a blue connector at the back that when unclipped will remove the cluster.

I just about managed to do it on the Arosa without removing the steering wheel but, it was quite fiddly and very frustrating.

May I ask why your removing it ?

Im only going by what I know on an arosa or Golf. If it is the same they are inside the instrument cluster cover.

I would hazard a guess at the dealers. Try asking some of the guys in the dealership section :D
