Intake with modified engine cover?

As above I have seen this in one thread but can't find it or remember it (very hard via the iPhone)

But basically I will be fitting my intake but want to have a engine cover also (for a bit of protection from water damage to the coils etc).

Has anyone got any pics of it fitted and also the fixing side so I don't make an arse of it.

Before anyone says anything I have a brand new one in the loft for sale time and this one is really wrecked anyway.

Dinna bother min. All the engine cover will serve to do is increase temperature around the engine and turbo. Water will get in to those areas even with an engine cover anyway.

awesome are selling carbon ones made by neuspeed but they quite expensive

Well not too sure about that heat issue al. Just want the top covered to an extent.

I have seen the carbon ones but I'm not that flash and will just carve up my own one

Nice thing about the cover is that it can be removed for race days so as to not trap heat.
