Cheers buddy

PartsULike came back to me on the bulb types... i need to double check what is in the car now as i'm sure the front light panel in mine uses 3 501 type bulbs and not the 2 and a festoon the kit supplies...

Hi there! Does anyone ordered the premium kit? are the front side leds also error free? what is the fastest and most safety way to fit them? any howto guide maybe, or is it easy to someone who never does anything like this?

Changing the side leds is a doddle mate. Remove the rubber backing and then pull the wires and you will see the sidelight moving, it comes out easy like. Then put in LED and replace and done. Will see if I can knock a quick guide up when I get mine.

I didnt order the side lights but changed all the interior including the boot led ( which you will have to buy separately)

Get a butter knife and put some cloth on the front so you dont scratch the cover. The slowly wedge it on the edge of the cover and slowly pull it off. Do the same with the back cover.

Interior was pretty easy too. It was the centre one with the 3 bulbs I had a hard time with. Eventually removed the alarm bit infront of them and pushed it out from inside the roof trim. Should have done a how to I guess. Could probs still slap one together on the week-end.......

I received my pack, and started to build in the leds. the 2 under the awnings are done, the front sidelights are done (works perfectly) and i also changed the lhe license plate lights, but on side doesn't work...neither with the original bulb. any idea what's can be the problem? and the most important thing: i don't want to brake or scratch the bell of the interior lights in the center and in tha back, so anyone has any idea how to change these bulbs the most easily? should i just remove the bell or i have to remove the whole lamp?

The front ones when I did them. Remove the black (alarm?) thing whicj gives you access into the roof lining. Stick your hand inside there and press down on the light which will finally pop out. Once this is out, unplug the light as it makes it easier to work with it and you should be able to see the clips holding the clear plastic in place. Simply press the two down and remove the cover making it easier to remove the bulbs and replace with the new ones. As I mentioned earlier if you want to hang ten, I will do a quick how to guide tomorrow after work and stick it up in the FAQ section. I will make it as detailed as possible which should hopefully help anyone else out that is going to do this mod. It really is easy, 1 out of 5 on the difficulty scale LOL.

You don't have to take the plastic alarm case off, you can simply take the platic light cover off with a little force and a flat head screw driver (with a cloth on the end so it doesnt scratch the cover)

I received my pack today. Here in Finland the weather is too cold (-20 c) to do anything outdoors, so I guess just have to wait...
