If i get a top mount mani, my Turbo option's are endless

Quite a bit since i last posted here but it come to a hault over the past few days due to working nights but im back at it tomorrow.

This is where im at with it, BUT dont forget i fix computer for a living not cars LOL


Charge pipe & Inlet off

Rocker cover off

With all that off it was the perfect time to get the pvc filter crap out ready for Oil catch tank

I noticed a split in the pipe whilst doing so

Found a few more un-wanted bits from the bay to throw in the bin

Just need to extended pipe down in the wheel arch & install Golf Mk4 washer bottle ive had sat in my garage for years lol

T.i.p off ready to be cleaned

Forge sai blanking plate

Off to bill aka badger for a massage me tinks

Chopped this down to size, it was flapping round by the n75 & tip before

Parts to be cleaned & a few to be sent off after for some powder treatment

Made alot of progress today & she should be back on the road this weekend

Brand new head

All 20 valves guides were gone in my old head lol

Head & inlet back from Mr Powder

Also got a new expansion tank & inlet injector seats

Ive now started giving my head a lick satin black paint, alternator & TB while they were in my bay looking dirty

Should have the head painted later today
